This Privacy Policy explains how Florm LLC (“Florm”, “we”, “us”), 47 W 13th St, New York, NY 10011, USA, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit florm.io or use the Florm online form and survey service (the “Service”).
1. Current status
Florm launches on October 20, 2026. Until then this website does not offer account sign-up, does not collect form submissions, and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If a launch-notification form is enabled, we use the email address you give us only to tell you about the launch and then delete it. We will update this policy when accounts open.
2. Information we collect
When you visit our website
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, referring URL and timestamps (server logs).
When you use the Service (once available)
- Account information: such as your name and email address.
- Billing information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Your Content: forms you create and the responses you collect.
- Usage information: how you use the app, used to operate and improve it.
Respondent data
When someone fills in a form built with Florm, we process their answers, any hidden-field values and technical data (such as device type, operating system and completion time) on behalf of the form owner. The form owner controls that data and is responsible for their own privacy notice. Questions about a specific form should go to its owner.
3. How we use information
- to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service;
- to communicate with you about your account, security and service updates;
- to process payments for paid plans;
- to prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They act under contracts that limit their use of the data. We also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards. Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Form owners can delete forms and their responses. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will verify requests before acting on them.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Account holders must be at least 18.
9. International users
Florm is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted.
