Overview
A Florm form is a sequence of steps. Each step holds a question, and every form ends with a thank-you step. Respondents answer one step at a time on any device. You see results in three views: Summary, Analytics and Answers.
Note: the Florm app launches on October 20, 2026. This guide describes how the product works. See the sign-up page for a launch reminder.
1. Create a form
Click Create form and give it a name (up to 50 characters). Respondents see the name. You can rename a form, duplicate it or delete it with all of its responses.
2. Add questions
Add steps in the visual editor, then reorder them as needed. Each question has a title, an optional description and a required toggle. Available question types:
- Short text: A single-line answer, such as a name or a quick comment.
- Long text: A multi-line answer with optional minimum and maximum length.
- Single choice: Respondents pick one option from a list.
- Multiple choice: Respondents pick one or more options.
- Dropdown: A compact list for questions with many options.
- Yes / No: A fast binary question.
- Rating scale: A scale with custom labels for the lowest and highest values.
- NPS: The 0–10 Net Promoter Score question with promoters, passives and detractors.
- Email: A field validated for email addresses.
- Phone: A phone number field with a default country.
- Date: A date picker.
- Button with link: A call-to-action step that sends respondents to a URL.
Choice questions can show options in random order. Text questions can enforce a minimum and maximum length. The Early plan includes 9 question types and paid plans include all 12 (see pricing).
3. Configure settings
- Response limit: stop accepting answers after a set number of responses.
- Close at a date and time: the form closes automatically, in your time zone.
- One response per person: prevent repeat submissions.
- Closed-form message: show your own text when the form no longer accepts answers.
- Hide from search engines: keep the form out of search results.
- Form language: choose the language of the interface respondents see.
- Pause responses: stop accepting answers at any time.
4. Share your form
Every form has its own link that you can copy and share anywhere. For printed material and events, download the form’s QR code.
5. Analyze results
- Summary: per-question statistics for all answers.
- Analytics: total visits, started and completed responses, drop-off rate, average completion time, plus device type and operating system.
- Answers: each individual response with its submission date and time spent. Completed and incomplete (partial) sessions are listed separately.
Use filters to narrow results, and reset them with one click.
NPS: how it’s calculated
The NPS question asks “How likely are you to recommend our company/product to a friend or colleague?” on a scale from 0 (not at all likely) to 10 (extremely likely). Respondents are grouped as:
- Promoters: 9–10
- Passives: 7–8
- Detractors: 0–6
Net Promoter Score = % promoters − % detractors, so it ranges from −100 to +100.
Hidden fields (URL parameters)
Use URL parameters to track traffic sources or to pass unique identifiers that link responses to specific users or sessions. Respondents never see these values, but they’re stored with each response. Parameter names may contain Latin letters, numbers and underscores. Example:
https://your-form-link?source=newsletter&customer_id=1042Turn on Show in analytics for parameters with repeating values (like source) to compare results by segment. Values are always available in the Answers view.
Export data
Export all responses to Excel or PDF from the results section. When the file is ready, download it from the link provided.
API
The Florm API launches with the app on October 20, 2026. This section will document endpoints and authentication at launch. Until then, Excel export is the way to move data into other tools.
